Co-Principal and BBA Founder
Coach Rudd, born in Illinois, is a passionate advocate for education equity. Her academic journey includes a Masters in Education in Public School Building Leadership from Columbia University (2018), a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction in Secondary English from UNLV (2015), and a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Missouri (2012). With 11 years in education, she has experience as a teacher, school administrator, and teacher training leader.
Coach Rudd's core belief is that education is the embodiment of equity. She envisions education as a means to empower students, placing them at the center of their learning journey. Through personalized approaches, students can harness their gifts, talents, and passions to create genuine impact, fostering positive change within Las Vegas.
Beyond her commitment to education, Coach Rudd enjoys training her two brilliant and funny dogs, River and Draco. She also finds joy in crafting and creating, particularly through sewing projects and cross stitch.
Reflecting on her role, Coach Rudd takes immense pride in the school and its vibrant community of teachers, parents, and students. She recognizes the collaborative effort that shapes BBA into an exceptional institution, dedicated to providing the quality education our community rightfully deserves.

Community Relations and Student Recruitment Coordinator
As the Community Relations and Student Recruitment Coordinator, Ms. Connie brings her unique perspective to BBA. Originally from San Diego, California, her own educational journey transformed when she attended The Art Institute of Las Vegas. College challenged her both academically and creatively, igniting her joy for learning.
Beyond her role, Ms. Connie cherishes her family life with two energetic young kiddos, which sometimes interrupts her wish for uninterrupted sleep. On special occasions, she indulges in alone time, indulging in her favorite shows. Her interests include plants, coffee, and scenic hikes with her family.
Although not a teacher, Ms. Connie plays a pivotal role at BBA. She fosters strong relationships within the community and students' families, contributing significantly to various important tasks. Her ultimate hope is to witness students' success, bolster their confidence, and nurture their happiness.
